🔔 We offer a Hostess position to work atEl Fuerte Marbella, the first hotel founded by the company. It opened its doors in 1957 and, after a complete renovation, reopened in 2023 as a 5* hotel.

What you'll do
You will be responsible for receiving customers by providing appropriate and high-quality customer service, as well as promoting customer loyalty and obtaining feedback from them regarding their level of satisfaction with the service provided.

- Manage customer reservations for the various hotel services.
- Receive and escort customers to the dining area, as well as seeing them off, according to established procedures and standards.
- Ensuring the achievement of the established departmental goals, as well as compliance with critical processes and area operations, in accordance with the hotel's standards.
- Seat the customer at the table, delivering the menu and offering the daily suggestions.

- Perform billing, customer payment collection, and cash closing.
- Guest management at the restaurant entrance/Selected lounge/Solarium/Beach/Pool.
- Inform guests about waiting times/buffet schedules.
- Serve welcome drinks at the buffet.
