Currently, we are looking for a Support Technician for one of our clients.

What you'll do

Level 1 Technician to perform on-site OPERATIONS tasks at the client's headquarters.

Attention and resolution of technical support tickets (level 1), including hardware, software, connectivity, and Active Directory issues for equipment and users.
with Microsoft Entra ID.
Active recording of procedures, operating manuals, and documentation of incidents/applied solutions.
Working together with architecture, helpdesk, development, and cybersecurity teams to implement technical solutions and improvements
