Requirements

What we're looking for

Training: Intermediate Vocational Training (SMR) or Higher Vocational Training (ASIR / DAW / DAM).
Experience: 1 to 2 years in technical support, helpdesk, or IT maintenance positions (previous experience in a Retail or commercial environment is highly valued).
Essential requirement: B driving license for occasional travel between stores on the island.
Technical skills:

Windows 10/11 environment and Office 365 package / email.

Assembly and replacement of hardware, POS terminals, and marketable peripherals.

Basic notions of networks and local connectivity (IP, structured cabling, network checking).

The role

Would you be interested in continuing to develop your career as a Support Technician in stable projects?

What you'll do

Incident attention and resolution: On-site (and remote) support to users in physical stores and headquarters.
Point of Sale Maintenance: Installation, replacement, and repair of POS terminals, ticket printers, barcode readers, and payment gateways.
Hardware and Network Maintenance: PC configuration, connectivity review (wall sockets, switches, WiFi), and layout of replacement equipment.

Commissioning: Assembly and configuration of technological equipment during openings, reinforcements, or store changes.

Spare parts management: Basic control of replacement stock and spare peripherals.
