What you'll get

Salary: €24,000 gross per year in 14 payments.
Location: Alcobendas.

The role

Prepare preparations for catering and dining rooms, as well as ensuring the hygiene and health safety of the facilities and products, following the instructions of the Coordinator, current legal regulations, and established procedures, with the purpose of meeting the department's objectives, guaranteeing product quality, and fostering the labor insertion of people with disabilities

What you'll do

Prepare menu preparations and organize the stations for the following day.
Supervise and support staff with disabilities in their daily tasks.
Collect and label food samples, guaranteeing the continuity of the health cycle.
Resolve and escalate any incidents that arise during service.
Coordination of the kitchen team
Management of the menus for the 3 dining rooms assigned to the project
