Insurance Claims Teleoperator

Currently, from our MADRID delegation, we are looking for a CLAIMS MANAGER TELEOPERATOR in the INSURANCE sector for MADRID.

We tell you the main requirements and other skills for the position:

1. Reception, monitoring, and supervision of each of the assigned claims/interventions, taking responsibility for them and acting resolutely to guarantee compliance with established deadlines, achieving high customer satisfaction. Which entails, in most cases;

- R: Assigning and coordinating the professionals associated with the claim

- I: Analysis of the claim documentation received from the client, determining the opening or rejection of the claim.

- R/I: Requesting and managing the expert intervention, as well as the rejection/payment letter...etc of the claim (if applicable).

- R/I: Validating the economic quantification of the claim

- R/I: Keeping the client informed at all times of the actions taken.

- R/I: Receiving calls from clients and professionals associated with the ongoing claim.

2. Receiving calls from professionals regarding previously managed claims, proceeding to the confirmation/rejection of the same, keeping the client informed at all times.

3. Offering assistance (if applicable) in the two previous points, as established by the procedure

4. Making calls to check the completion of the claim.

And from our side, what can we offer you?

Working day: various shifts. The schedules are Monday to Sunday; work is from Monday to Friday and 1 weekend every 3; when working the weekend, two consecutive days off are taken during the week.

· 35-hour weekly working day in afternoon shift from 15:00 to 22:00 hours

· 35-hour weekly working day in afternoon shift from 16:00 to 23:00 hours

· 35-hour weekly working day in afternoon shift from 14:00 to 21:00 hours

Contract type: Temporary contract. With possibility of extension.

Training course:

Actualmente, desde la delegación de MADRID nos encontramos en busca de TELEOPERADOR/A GESTOR/A SINIESTROS en sector SEGUROS para MADRID.

1. Recepción, seguimiento y supervisión de cada uno de los siniestros/intervenciones asignadas, responsabilizándose del mismo y actuando de manera resolutivo para garantizar el cumplimiento de los plazos establecidos, logrando una elevada satisfacción del cliente. Lo cual conlleva, en la mayoría de los casos;

- R: Asignar y coordinar los profesionales asociados al siniestro

- I: Análisis de la documentación recibida del siniestro por parte del cliente, determinando la obertura o rechazo del siniestro.

- R/I: Solicitar y gestionar la intervención pericial, así como la carta de rechazo/pago...etc del siniestro (si procede).

- R/I: Validar la cuantificación económica del siniestro

- R/I: Mantener al cliente en todo momento informado de las gestiones realizadas.

- R/I: Recepcionar las llamadas de clientes y profesionales asociados al siniestro en curso.

2. Recepcionar llamadas de profesionales de los siniestros anteriormente gestionados, procediendo a la confirmación/rechazo del mismo, manteniendo al cliente informado en todo momento.

3. Ofrecer asistencia (si procede) en los dos puntos anteriores, según establezca el procedimiento

4. Realizar las llamadas de comprobación de finalización del siniestro.

Jornada de trabajo: varios turnos. Los horarios son de lunes a domingo se trabaja de lunes a viernes y 1 finde semana de cada 3, cuando se trabaja el fin de semana se libran dos dias seguidos entre semana

· Jornada de 35 horas semanales en turno de tarde 15:00 a 22:00 horas

· Jornada de 35 horas semanales en turno de tarde 16:00 a 23:00 horas

· Jornada de 35 horas semanales en turno de tarde 14:00 a 21:00 horas

Tipo de contrato: Contrato temporal. Con posibilidad de prórroga.
