The role

You will be part of a close-knit team with deep business knowledge, where you will receive an initial training plan designed for you to acquire a complete vision of both the pharmaceutical environment and the tools we work with, especially Nixfarma, our management software for pharmacies. The position is based in person at our Barcelona offices, favoring close training, collaborative work with the team, and continuous support.

As a Software Helpdesk, your mission will be to accompany our clients in their day-to-day activities, helping them resolve incidents, answer queries, and guarantee the best user experience with our solutions. During the first few months, you will be focused on acquiring the necessary knowledge about Nixfarma and other complementary tools to progressively assume an increasingly autonomous role within the support team.

The position features a long-term development plan, offering the possibility to progressively evolve towards a role of greater responsibility within the customer support and training area.

What you'll do

  • Telephone assistance and customer support.

  • Reception, analysis, and resolution of queries and incidents related to Nixfarma and other group solutions.

  • Remote support using specific technical assistance tools.

  • Monitoring and management of tickets to guarantee correct resolution.

  • Collaboration with the rest of the team to identify improvements and share best practices.

  • Participation in the implementation process and client accompaniment when necessary.

  • Occasional travel to offer in-person support for certain technical actions.
