What we're looking for

Essential technical requirements:

Official qualification enabling you to work in the fitness room, swimming, and as a group activities instructor (TSAF/TSEAS, TAFAD, professional certificates, or equivalent accredited qualifications).
Experience teaching group activities, swimming courses, and in the fitness room.
Experience in customer service.

Highly valued:

Degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences (CAFYD) to expand into personal training.
Experience with children.
Experience in personal training.
Versatility in other areas of the center.
Good communication skills.

Schedule: Monday 17:00 to 22:00 - Tuesday 16:00 to 21:45 - Wednesday 17:00 to 22:00 - Saturday 9:45 to 16:00

The role

At GOfit Peñagrande, we are looking to hire a versatile trainer with a focus on the fitness room, group classes, swimming, and customer service; if you hold a CAFYD/INEF degree, you will be able to provide personal training. We are looking for a dynamic and approachable person who enjoys sports and knows how to create safe, motivating experiences adapted to every level. If you love teaching, connecting, and working with people of all ages, this opportunity could be for you.

What will you do in your day-to-day?

Lead group activities in different disciplines, depending on your experience.
Fitness Trainer, responsible for the experience in the fitness room, ensuring a warm welcome for our members, guiding them in the correct execution of exercises, and actively monitoring their progress.
Instructor in swimming schools: guide students of all ages in the development of their aquatic skills, from initiation to advanced levels.
Customer service: accompany and assist our members in their day-to-day, resolving doubts, providing guidance when needed, and contributing to them enjoying a close and positive experience at the center.
If you hold a CAFYD qualification and have experience, you will be able to extend your hours with personal training.
