Communications Manager

As part of our growth and organizational strengthening, we are looking to add a Communications Engineering Manager - PV & BESS to our technical team, with responsibility for the design, coordination, and standardization of industrial communications for our renewable energy projects, especially in photovoltaic (PV) plants, BESS, and hybrid projects.

• Lead the design and definition of the communications architecture for our PV, B

• Define network segments, VLANs, addressing, ports, connectivity, and

• Supervise the design of wiring, communication diagrams, network schematics

• Define and validate industrial communication protocols such as IEC 60870-5

• Ensure compatibility and integration among SCADA, RTU, PLC, gate

• Analyze the Client's technical requirements and adapt communication solutions to the needs

• Coordinate and distribute the tasks of the global communications team, supervising their proper

• Collaborate with other technical disciplines to ensure efficient integration of plant systems.__

• Provide remote technical support for incidents and participate in resolving issues related to communications

• Guarantee robust, standardized solutions aligned with the technical and operational criteria of each project.

• University degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering

• 12-15+ years of professional experience, with a solid track record

• Advanced experience in designing and defining OT communications and network architectures, including TCP

• Experience working with industrial protocols such as IEC 60870-5-

• Solid knowledge of SCADA, RTU, PLC, industrial gateways

• Demonstrable experience leading or coordinating technical teams, distributing workloads, and

• Ability to interpret client technical requirements and translate them into robust, scalable communications

• Autonomy, problem-solving ability, and judgment for making technical decisions.__

• Availability to address critical incidents promptly outside of working hours, providing remote support

• Experience in renewable energy projects, photovoltaic plants, BESS, electrical subst
