The role

What you'll do

You will work transversally with the various departments involved in project development and execution, ensuring that all necessary technical, commercial, and contractual information is correctly collected, aligned, and structured.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Project Management, Legal, and Finance the collection of all information necessary for the preparation and monitoring of contractual documentation.

  • Ensure consistency between the technical, commercial, and contractual requirements of each project.

  • Prepare, consolidate, and review contractual and technical documentation associated with EPC projects.

  • Coordinate the incorporation of comments and reviews from the various departments involved.

  • Provide support in the preparation of EPC, O&M, Supply Agreements, and other contractual documentation.

  • Monitor documentary milestones and ensure the traceability of changes made.

  • Participate in the identification of contractual risks together with the EPC Legal team.

  • Act as a coordination point between the different internal stakeholders throughout the entire project life cycle.
