Senior Project Engineer

As part of our growth and organizational strengthening, we are looking to add a Senior Project Engineer to our team.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Design and engineering of PV and BESS projects.

• Coordinate with the Engineering teams to define and ensure compliance with the technical requirements of each project.

• Coordination with the High Voltage department to ensure proper communication regarding grid connection points.

• Management of EPC contractors, handling budgets, schedules, and technical review.

• Perform technical and feasibility analyses of photovoltaic and storage projects.

• Technically analyze projects in the different markets where the company operates and at different development stages. Participate in the engineering processes associated with permitting and obtaining approvals.

Requirements:

• University degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Energy, Civil Engineering or similar.

• Minimum of five years of experience in engineering, construction, or renewable energy project management.

• Experience in the grid connection process for renewable projects in Spain with REE.

• High level of English, both oral and written. Other languages such as Polish or German are a plus.

• Availability to travel

• Proactive and organized profile.

• Attention to detail.

• Ability to work and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.

• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.

• Experience in solar photovoltaic projects, BESS systems, substations, or evacuation infrastructure will be valued.

• Experience with tools such as Autocad, PVcase, Microsoft Office, PVsyst, electrical calculation software (CYMCAP, ETAP), GIS tools (QGis) will be valued.

En el marco de nuestro crecimiento y fortalecimiento organizativo, buscamos incorporar un/a Senior Project Engineer a nuestro equipo.

Cómo será tu día a día:

• Diseño e ingeniería de proyectos PV y BESS.

• Coordinar con los equipos de Ingeniería la definición y el cumplimiento de los requisitos técnicos de cada proyecto.

• Coordinación con el departamento de Alta Tensión para una correcta interlocución de los puntos frontera.

• Management de empresas EPCistas, gestionando presupuestos, cronogramas y revisión técnica.

• Realizar análisis técnicos y de viabilidad de proyectos fotovoltaicos y de almacenamiento.

• Analizar técnicamente proyectos en los distintos mercados en los que opera la compañía y en diferentes fases de desarrollo. Participar en los procesos de ingeniería asociados a la tramitación y obtención de permisos.

Requisitos:

• Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería Industrial, Eléctrica, Mecánica, Energética, Civil o similar.

• Experiencia mínima de cinco años en proyectos de ingeniería, construcción o gestión de energías renovables.

• Experiencia en el proceso de conexión de proyectos renovables en España con REE.

• Nivel alto de inglés, tanto oral como escrito. Valorables otros idiomas como polaco o alemán.

• Disponibilidad para viajar

• Perfil proactivo y organizado.

• Orientación al detalle.

• Capacidad para trabajar y coordinarse con equipos multidisciplinares.

• Capacidad para interpretar planos, especificaciones y documentación técnica.

• Se valorará experiencia en proyectos solares fotovoltaicos, sistemas BESS, subestaciones o infraestructuras de evacuación.

• Se valorará experiencia en herramientas como Autocad, PVcase, Microsoft Office, PVsyst, software de cálculo eléctrico (CYMCAP, ETAP), herramientas GIS (QGis).
