What we're looking for

To successfully perform this job, a person must be able to carry out the responsibilities satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, education, and/or ability required. You have a CFGM/CFGS in Administration and Finance, Sales Management and Commercial Spaces, or similar.
You have experience in similar positions, preferably in industrial or corporate environments.
You are a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented person with excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

An intermediate level of English will be valued.
Knowledge of SAP will be valued.

At Grifols Movaco S.A., we require the recruitment of a Back Office Administrator for the customer service department.

What you'll do

Management and registration of customer orders in SAP.
Processing of product returns.
Processing, printing, and sending of paper and online invoices.

How you'll work

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8 am to 5 pm and Friday 8 am to 3 pm.

Employment contract: Temporary
