• Education: Higher Vocational Training - Higher Technician in Computer Systems Administration.
• Knowledge to be valued:

1. Microsoft environment both on client and server.
2. Fortinet ecosystem.

5. Linux OS.

We are looking to hire a User Support Technician; a dynamic and proactive person to join our user assistance team at our headquarters in Tajonar. • Handle incidents and support requests regarding the fleet of computers, devices, communications, and user applications.
• Installation and configuration of client OS, networking, and communications.
• Maintenance of virtualization environments for both servers, VDIs, and applications.
• Continuous contact with the client.
• Participation in continuous improvement and in new technological projects of the group.
• Preparation of technical documentation on a collaborative platform.

• Schedule: from 8:30 to 13:30 and from 15:00 to 18:00 or from 8 to 5, rotating within the team to ensure service is covered until 18:00, July and August from 8:00 to 15:00.
