Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Students of  Degrees in Labor Relations and Human Resources, Psychology, or a Master's in Human Resources Management, Work and Organizations.
  • It will be essential that you can formalize an  internship agreement  with your university or business school for a minimum of 6 months.

The role

As an intern, you will have the opportunity to train and collaborate within the People and Talent team, providing support to personnel administration, OHS, recruitment, and training processes, ensuring the best experience for candidates and employees.

What you'll do

  • Supporting personnel administration and labor relations processes (contracts, payroll, vacations, time tracking, permits, absences, etc.)
  • Supporting training actions (filing diplomas, coordinating material for the training room, collecting employee signatures, etc.)
  • Participating in the organization of onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • You will provide support in Occupational Health and Safety tasks (controlling the delivery of PPE, signing documentation, managing appointments, monitoring medical check-ups, supporting accident investigations, etc.).
  • You will collaborate in the recruitment area (organizing CVs, CV screening,  telephone contact with candidates, etc.)
  • You will support document management involving filing, reviewing, and digitization. 
  • You will participate and collaborate in cross-functional processes and projects within the area.
