Requirements

What we're looking for

ESSENTIAL Bilingual level in Spanish and Catalan.
ESSENTIAL English C1 level (a test will be conducted).
ESSENTIAL Experience in customer service within the contact center sector
Computer skills and typing speed.
Secondary education level (ESO, Bachillerato, or equivalent).
Good level of oral and written communication.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

35h working week per week in the morning shift from 09h to 16h or 39h working week per week in a split shift from 11h to 20h.
Work from Monday to Sunday with two weekends off per month.
Initial 3-month contract, with the possibility of extension (stable service)
Salary according to the Contact Center collective agreement.

At Grupo Crit Barcelona, we are looking for experienced Teleoperators with a high level of Catalan and English to join our customer service department, for one of the most important companies in the financial-banking sector.

What you'll do

Customer inquiry handling and management via telephone and digital channels, related to cards, financing, insurance, and app access.
Cross-selling of financial products, such as insurance, limit increases, cash advances, and installment plans.
Retention and management of cancellations for financial products, mainly insurance and cards.
Compliance with company policies and regulations.
Administrative tasks derived from call management.

100% on-site work in our Barcelona offices (Selva de Mar area)
