Technical education, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar.

Experience in management positions within the maintenance area.

Leadership, organization, planning and problem-solving skills.

Experience in the fruit and vegetable sector will be especially valued.

Language skills will be valued, especially English.

At GRUPO CRIT we are looking for a person to work in a client in the fruit and vegetable sector, who will take on the management and coordination of the maintenance area in Alhama de Murcia.

You will be the person responsible for ensuring that these areas work in a coordinated, organized manner and aligned with production, establishing priorities, unifying criteria and facilitating collaboration between teams and managers.

In addition to technical management, we are looking for a profile with a strong focus on people management, problem solving and planning, capable of anticipating needs, detecting improvement opportunities and unblocking complex situations.

You will also play a strategic role as a link between the different area managers and Senior Management, providing an overall, organized vision that facilitates decision-making.

Plan, coordinate and supervise the maintenance, works and services areas of the packing and shipping facilities and the agricultural farms.

Lead and support the managers of each area, promoting coordinated work focused on common objectives.

Unify criteria, procedures and ways of working across facilities and areas.

Centralize and organize the department's information and documentation.

Anticipate needs and incidents and plan investments and improvements in infrastructure and machinery.

Manage suppliers, contractors and external companies, ensuring quality, deadlines and compliance with established standards.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and occupational risk prevention.

Promote training and technical development of the teams.

Work cross-functionally with the rest of the departments, aligning maintenance with the organization's priorities.

Facilitate conflict resolution and reach agreements between the different areas.

Act as a bridge between the maintenance teams, Management and the Board of Directors, conveying needs, priorities, incidents and improvement proposals.
