Quality Assurance Manager - Pharmaceutical

• Permanent contract with immediate start. Salary range of €40,000 - €45,000 gross per year.
• 100% on-site work modality in Parets del Vallès.
• Flexible schedule oriented towards work-life balance: entry from 7:00h to 9:00h and exit from 16:00h onwards. Option to choose between a standard workday (8h/day Mon-Fri) or intensive Fridays (exit at 14:00h).

A Veterinary Pharmaceutical Laboratory is at a key moment of operational expansion. You will assume leadership of the Quality Assurance (QA) department at our plant in the Parets del Vallès industrial park, with the main challenge of consolidating sterile injectable manufacturing processes and preparing the department for an imminent production increase at the beginning of the year. We are looking for a decisive profile with great technical rigor who, reporting to the Technical Management, guarantees strict regulatory compliance and leads a growing team, with the possibility of acting as a Deputy to the Technical Management (QP) if your profile meets the formal requirements.

• QMS and Regulatory Management: Ensure compliance with the quality policy, managing the deviations/OOS system, change controls, complaints, and CAPA procedures.
• Documentary and Strategic Control: Draft, review, and approve critical documentation, including validations, qualifications, SOPs, analytical methods, and master manufacturing guides.
• Plant Supervision: Strategically manage and update the status of maintenance, calibration, cleaning, and disinfection plans in the Production, Facilities, and Quality Control areas.
• Leadership and Development: Direct and train the current team (2 technicians and 1 intern), ensuring their initial and continuous training in view of future department expansions.
• Audits: Plan and execute internal audits, participate in external ones, and lead the supplier qualification process.
