Requirements

What we're looking for

Education: Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Science.
Languages: English B2 or higher.
Experience: Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Specific knowledge: Knowledge of EU and US GMPs, quality systems (CAPAs, PQRs, audit support, supplier management, change controls, etc.) in pharmaceutical companies. Knowledge of SAP and Trackwise will be valued.

The role

Position: Systems Quality Assurance Technician

Location: Azuqueca de Henares.

Experience: 1 to 3 years in similar roles.

What you'll do

Qualification of raw material suppliers, services, and third-party manufacturers. Maintenance of the system, performance of risk assessments.
Preparation of the annual audit plan and support in the execution of audits.
Preparation of PQRs according to the deadlines included in the annual plan and internal procedures.
Registration, evaluation, and monitoring of the CAPA and CC systems.
GMP training for new personnel.
Preparation, updating, and training on SOPs related to the activities in charge.
Collaboration in external audits from customers and authorities.
Support for customer and authority requests regarding quality and technical issues.
Preparation of KPIs.
Preparation of the service monitoring plan as well as monitoring and investigation of related incidents.
Participation and development of service PQs. Investigation of incidents.
