The role

From GRUPO CRIT we are selecting Assistant Maintenance Technical Staff to join a major company in the industrial sector, located in the province of Jaén.

We are looking for people with technical training, motivation, and a desire to learn to become part of a consolidated industrial environment, collaborating in the preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery, equipment, and facilities, with the objective of guaranteeing their correct operation, efficiency, and safety.

What you'll do

Duties:

- Ensure that equipment and systems function efficiently, safely, and reliably.

- Perform corrective and preventive maintenance and diagnose problems.

- Identify incidents and wear and tear.

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks such as lubrication, replacement of worn parts, adjustments, and cleaning.

- Organize and manage preventive/corrective maintenance plans for equipment and facilities.

- Perform the tasks inherent to the preventive/corrective maintenance of the various equipment and facilities of the workplace, within their category.

- Measurement, monitoring, recording, and control of the various equipment and facilities.

- Organization and management of necessary materials and spare parts.

- Management of incidents, breakdowns, and deterioration.

- Use of manual tools and work equipment.

Minimum requirements

- Previous experience in a similar position is valued (not essential).
