What we're looking for

Must be fluent in Basque, NATIVE LEVEL OR C1 (a language test will be administered)
Previous experience in customer service (preferably in the banking sector).
Availability to work flexible shifts.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Results-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
Basic knowledge of financial products and services.

The role

From Grupo Crit we are actively looking for Customer Service Telephone Operators to join a new campaign in the banking sector.

This is a stable project in which, in addition to handling and resolving customer inquiries, you will have the opportunity to develop your sales skills through cross-selling of financial products.

What you'll do

Handling inbound calls from customers in the banking sector.
Resolving questions, incidents, and inquiries about financial products and services.
Providing clear and accurate information while maintaining a professional level of service.
Identifying cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions.
Updating and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.

How you'll work

Initial 3-month employment contract with the possibility of extension (stable position).
Fixed salary according to the Contact Center collective agreement, corresponding to the Specialist Telephone Operator category.
18-day ONLINE training provided by the company with a start date of 16/11/2026
Available shifts:

-Night shift from 00:00 to 08:00, 38.5 hours per week. TELEWORKING from Monday to Friday. (+ Language bonus + night shift bonus.)

-Afternoon shift from 16:00h-00:00h, 38.5 hour working week from Monday to Sunday, ON-SITE.(+ Language bonus + night shift bonus.)

Minimum requirements

A degree in areas related to finance or business is valued.
