What we're looking for

Handle co-official languages (Catalan, Galician, or Basque) with NATIVE OR C1 LEVEL fluency (language test will be conducted)
Previous experience in customer service (preferably in the banking sector).
Availability to work flexible shifts.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Results-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
Basic knowledge of financial products and services.
A degree in areas related to finance or business is valued.

The role

From Grupo Crit we are actively looking for Customer Service Telephone Operators to join a new campaign in the banking sector.

This is a stable project where you will be responsible for attending to and resolving customer inquiries.

What you'll do

Handling inbound calls from customers in the banking sector.
Resolving questions, incidents, and inquiries about financial products and services.
Providing clear and accurate information while maintaining a professional level of service.
Identifying cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions.
Updating and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.

How you'll work

Initial 3-month employment contract with the possibility of extension (stable position).
Remote work from Monday to Friday.
Fixed salary according to the Contact Center collective agreement, corresponding to the Specialist Telephone Operator category.
ONLINE training for 18 days provided by the company with a start date of 16/11/2026
Available shifts:

-Night shift from 00:00 to 08:00, 38.5 hours per week. REMOTE WORK from Monday to Friday. Language bonus + night shift bonus.
