Lead the evolution towards an AI-native software development model, defining standards, tools, and processes that connect business requirements with the implementation and delivery of solutions.

• Define and evolve the AI-native software development system, from product requirements to implementation, testing, and production deployment.
• Design and establish the Spec-Driven Development (SDD) framework, converting requirements, knowledge, and architectural decisions into structured specifications usable by AI tools.
• Define standards, methodologies, tools, and governance mechanisms to integrate AI into the software development lifecycle.
• Create and maintain custom AI skills (custom AI skills), prompts, and reusable automation assets.
• Ensure traceability between initial requirements, architectural decisions, development, testing, and delivery.
• Integrate AI-assisted development practices to improve the productivity, quality, and consistency of solutions.
• Accompany product managers, architects, and engineering teams in the adoption of new working methodologies.
• Drive training sessions, coaching, and practical support to facilitate team transformation.
• Ensure that delivered solutions are aligned with product objectives and architectural principles.

• Workplace: Málaga,
• Modality: Hybrid, with 2-3 days on-site per week.
• Schedule: Mon-Thu from 8:00 to 18:00 and Fri from 8:00 to 14:30.
• Availability for travel and/or on-call: Yes, occasionally according to the needs of the position.
• Language: High B2 English, with the ability to maintain technical and professional conversations. The interview will be in English.

A challenge to drive Spec-Driven Development, automate the software lifecycle, and help technology teams work more efficiently, traceably, and in alignment with enterprise architecture.

• Experience in enterprise technology architecture, software architecture, or development process transformation.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted development methodologies and Spec-Driven Development approaches.
• Ability to define standards, frameworks, governance processes, and reusable practices.
• Experience connecting business and product requirements with technical specifications and architectural decisions.
• Ability to drive the adoption of new tools and methodologies among technical and business profiles.
• Good communication, training, and team support skills.
• High B2 English, essential for collaborating with international teams and passing a technical interview in English.
• Availability to work in a hybrid modality in Málaga, with 2-3 days on-site per week.

• Experience creating custom AI skills, prompt libraries, and automations for software development.
• Knowledge of generative AI tools applied to software programming, testing, and delivery.
• Experience integrating AI solutions into development pipelines, CI/CD, and engineering processes.
• Knowledge of traceability practices, software quality, and architectural governance.
• Experience training and accompanying teams through technological transformation processes.
• Ability to define productivity, quality, and new practice adoption metrics.
