  • Full management of the Payroll cycle (uploading incidents/variables, calculation of IRPF and payroll, checks, payments, and closings), for multi-collective agreement companies with a high volume of employees
  • Preparation of final settlements.
  • Management of loans, advances, and court-ordered garnishments.
  • Preparation of monthly reconciliations and reports.
  • Reconciliation of payroll accounting.
  • Management of monthly and annual taxes (National, Foral, and Non-Resident) (111, 190, 216, and 296).
  • Completion of INE and Ministry of Labor surveys.
  • Reconciliation of CRA files (paid remuneration concepts).
  • Management of Social Security contributions and affiliations (Siltra, Sistema Red).
  • Management of absenteeism, dealings with Official Bodies, and management of Unemployment Certificates.
  • Support and Customer Service.
  • Support for audits and internal inspections.
