We are looking for a Labor Relations intern for our Madrid offices.
You will join the Labor Relations team, a key area to ensure a sustainable, collaborative working environment aligned with the company's strategy.
From day one, you will participate in real projects related to collective bargaining, social dialogue, labor regulations, and organizational transformation, working with multidisciplinary teams and different areas of the organization.
What you'll do
- Support the team in managing relations with the Legal Representation of Workers (RLT).
- Collaborate in the monitoring and implementation of collective agreements and labor commitments.
- Participate in the preparation of meetings, working commissions, and negotiation tables.
- Provide support in the analysis and interpretation of labor regulations, collective agreements, and relevant jurisprudence.
- Collaborate on strategic labor projects related to organizational transformation, equality, diversity and inclusion, or wellbeing.
- Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Get first-hand knowledge of how labor challenges are managed in a leading company with work centers distributed throughout Spain.
