Your mission as a Fitness Instructor at our Nexsport Telde sports center will be to lead and coordinate guided activities, guaranteeing a safe and motivating environment for our users. Additionally, you must deliver high-quality classes, supervise common areas, and encourage participation from our users, promoting their well-being and the enjoyment of every session while ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

What will you do as a Fitness Instructor at Nexsport Club Telde?

🏋🏼‍♂️Instruct properly during fitness classes. Adapting classes to the needs and abilities of the users.
⚠Monitor the proper use and maintenance of the areas and their respective equipment and accessories.
✍🏼 Apply training programs and plans for different users.
🆘Monitor and correct any poor execution performed by users during group/individual classes in the facilities.
📚Apply the methodology and work protocols that the center deems correct in group classes.
👀Proactivity in floor attention and interaction with clients, monitoring and correcting any poor execution performed by users both in the gym area and in group classes.
❓ Attend to all questions regarding the use of the specific training area and/or group classes.
🔎Perform follow-up and advisory for the center's users, teaching the different options and possibilities of the activities.
🗣Communicate all relevant information to clients regarding the center, services, activities, events, etc. Incentivizing and promoting participation.
✨Attend to users, especially new ones, to guide them in their activities.
⌛Manage incidents and coordinate class changeover times.
🔒Act with responsibility in conflict resolution and in data protection.
🦺Guarantee a safe environment, rigorously applying safety measures.
🤝🏻Collaborate in other areas of the center as required, with the necessary training.
