At Paradisus Gran Canaria, a 5-star luxury hotel, we are looking for Fitness Activities Instructors to join our team.

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic person passionate about sports and wellness, capable of leading fitness activities and creating active, motivating experiences for our guests, adapting to different ages and levels.

• Plan, organize, and lead individual and group fitness activities for our guests.

• Teach activities such as functional training, stretching, yoga, pilates, aqua aerobics, and other sports and wellness disciplines.

• Adapt sessions to the different levels and needs of participants.

• Motivate guests and encourage their participation, creating a dynamic, friendly, and professional atmosphere.

• Inform and advise guests about the different sports activities available.

• Prepare and supervise the necessary equipment for the proper development of each activity.

• Collaborate with the rest of the team in organizing events, special activities, and wellness programs.

• Ensure that all activities are carried out safely and in accordance with the quality and service standards of a luxury hotel.

• Previous experience as a fitness activities instructor, preferably in hotels, resorts, gyms, or sports centers.

• Training related to Physical Conditioning, Physical and Sports Activities, Fitness, or similar.

• Knowledge and experience in teaching different group exercise classes.

• A dynamic, positive, approachable person with the ability to motivate and connect with guests.

• Excellent communication skills and customer orientation.

• Advanced level of English. Other languages will be positively valued.

• Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.

En Paradisus Gran Canaria, hotel de lujo 5 estrellas, buscamos Monitores/as de Actividades Fitness para formar parte de nuestro equipo.

Buscamos una persona dinámica, enérgica y apasionada por el deporte y el bienestar, capaz de dirigir actividades fitness y crear experiencias activas y motivadoras para nuestros huéspedes, adaptándose a diferentes edades y niveles.

• Planificar, organizar y dirigir actividades fitness individuales y grupales para nuestros huéspedes.

• Impartir actividades como entrenamiento funcional, stretching, yoga, pilates, aquagym y otras disciplinas deportivas y de bienestar.

• Adaptar las sesiones a los diferentes niveles y necesidades de los participantes.

• Motivar a los huéspedes y fomentar su participación, creando un ambiente dinámico, cercano y profesional.

• Informar y asesorar a los huéspedes sobre las diferentes actividades deportivas disponibles.

• Preparar y supervisar el material necesario para el correcto desarrollo de cada actividad.

• Colaborar con el resto del equipo en la organización de eventos, actividades especiales y programas de bienestar.

• Garantizar que todas las actividades se desarrollen de forma segura y siguiendo los estándares de calidad y servicio propios de un hotel de lujo.

• Experiencia previa como monitor/a de actividades fitness, preferiblemente en hoteles, resorts, gimnasios o centros deportivos.

• Formación relacionada con Acondicionamiento Físico, Actividades Físicas y Deportivas, Fitness o similar.

• Conocimientos y experiencia impartiendo diferentes actividades dirigidas.

• Persona dinámica, positiva, cercana y con capacidad para motivar y conectar con los huéspedes.

• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y orientación al cliente.

• Nivel avanzado de inglés. Otros idiomas serán valorados positivamente.

• Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos, incluidos fines de semana y días festivos.
