We are looking for an RPA Developer & Automation Specialist (UiPath) to join our IT team at our Barcelona offices.

The selected person will be responsible for driving and managing process automation initiatives using UiPath, collaborating closely with different business areas to identify improvement opportunities, design scalable solutions, and participate in the entire lifecycle of automation projects.

We are looking for a profile with initiative, an analytical vision, and the ability to combine technical knowledge with a functional understanding of business processes.

At least 2 years of experience in automation projects using UiPath.

• University degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a similar technical discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience developing automations with UiPath.
• Experience participating in the full RPA project lifecycle: opportunity identification, functional analysis, development, testing, implementation, and support.
• Knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and RPA development best practices.
• Ability to analyze business processes and transform them into automated solutions.
• SQL knowledge for data querying and validation.
• Ability to communicate with business users and technical teams.
• Analytical, proactive profile, oriented towards continuous improvement.
• Autonomy, organization, and teamwork.

• UiPath Certified Professional certification.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Knowledge of Power BI.
• Experience in automating financial, administrative, or operational processes.
• Basic programming knowledge (VB.NET, C#, or similar).
• Experience in corporate environments with multiple business areas.
