We are looking for a Restaurant Manager for our 4* Eurostars Conquistador Hotel located in Córdoba.

• Planificar y organizar el servicio de restauración.
• Controlar y hacer seguimiento de los costes de restauración.
• Controlar reposiciones y existencias de los productos utilizados en el servicio.
• Definir los procedimientos a seguir antes, durante y después del servicio.
• Formar y organizar al equipo.
• Recibir y orientar al cliente en la sala.

• Formación en Restauración.
• Experiencia consolidada en el puesto y en gestion de equipos.
• Nivel alto de Inglés.
