What we're looking for

Knowledge of plumbing, electricity, HVAC, DHW, and fire protection systems (PCI). Experience in legionella prevention (SPA and pools). Experience in hotel or large building maintenance. Availability to work Monday to Sunday. Autonomous, dynamic person with adaptability and service orientation.

The role

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician for our Dorma Coliseum 4* hotel located in Santander.

What you'll do

Identify all equipment subject to maintenance.

Verify and execute the preventive and corrective maintenance plan.

Inspect facilities, machinery, and equipment.

Coordinate and supervise external maintenance services and regulatory inspections.

Perform basic repairs according to hotel needs and preventive maintenance.

Report to Management and the area manager regarding the status of facilities and suppliers.
