Digital Category Manager

• Lead and build a team of Product Managers.
• Define, with the help of your team, the vision, roadmap, and functional requirements for all digital and cybersecurity products.
• Prepare and manage investments (R&D CapEx), profitability models, and business cases for the different products.
• Lead the development of new capabilities, including capabilities based on Generative AI and the evolution of the OpenNAC Platform.
• Commercial support for public and private sectors: presentations, demos, and sales support.
• Prepare product sales budgets, identify new opportunities, monitor the market, and promote value initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with technical, sales, marketing, and management teams.

• 10 years of experience in the Digital field, ideally in sectors aligned with those of Oesía.
• Valuable experience or exposure in the Defense sector.
• University degree: Physics, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Software, or similar.
• Solid knowledge of product investment and financing models.
• A technical background is highly valued, but with a strong orientation toward the front-office (client, business, product).
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
