We are looking for a Traffic Administrator for our Lerun (Elgoibar) center to join our team. You will be a key piece in the coordination of transport services, participating in the daily management of routes, collections, deliveries, documentation, and incidents, guaranteeing an efficient and high-quality service for our customers.
Plan and coordinate transportation services, ensuring the fulfillment of daily operations.
Manage collections, deliveries, and incidents, ensuring an agile and effective response to any unforeseen events.
Perform route monitoring and maintain constant communication with drivers to guarantee the correct development of services.
Manage and coordinate route sheets, providing support to drivers during operations.
Attend to customers and drivers, offering support and ensuring fluid communication between all parties involved.
