Requirements

What we're looking for

Training in Labor Relations, HR.
1 year of experience in personnel administration and payroll.
Knowledge of labor legislation, Social Security, and document management.
Proficiency in office tools and valuable experience with HR ERP. LABOR experience is highly valued.
Organized, detail-oriented person, service-oriented, and with a proactive attitude.

The role

If you are passionate about the world of human resources and are eager to put your knowledge into practice, this is your opportunity! At Grupo Orenes we continue to grow and are looking for a Payroll Technician to join the Human Resources Personnel Administration area.

What you'll do

Full management of the payroll cycle: calculation, incidents, variables, and bank transfers.
New employee registration: contracts, communication to SEPE, and affiliation movements in the RED System.
Management of social security, CRA, and taxes (forms 111 and 190).
Preparation of the annual personnel budget.

How you'll work

Permanent contract.
Continuous schedule from 08:00 to 17:30 and the possibility of flexible start and finish times.
Intensive working day every Friday and during the months of July and August,
