• Degree in Labor Relations, Law, Business Administration, or similar

• Previous experience in payroll management (high volume is valued).

At TM Grupo Inmobiliario, a leading company in residential development and construction, we want to add a Payroll Technician to our team in Torrevieja (Alicante).

We are looking to hire a Payroll Technician to reinforce our Labor Relations Department. The selected person will not only be in charge of the complete payroll cycle but will also actively participate in other tasks specific to the labor area, providing an integral and collaborative vision.

They will manage a volume of approximately 400 payrolls, in a dynamic environment that requires organization, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to current labor regulations.

• Preparation of the complete payroll cycle (registrations, cancellations, variations, calculation, and review).

• Management of social security and submission of related taxes.

• Processing of labor incidents (sick leave, maternity/paternity, accidents, etc.).

• Support in the management of contracts, extensions, and settlements.

• Basic labor advisory to employees and/or internal clients.

• Support in labor audit processes and regulatory compliance.

• Collaboration in other tasks within the Labor Relations department.
