About the role

We are looking to add a Quality and Environment Manager to the company's Infrastructure Area. The project involves the execution of the tunnel installations (6.5 km) and 5 stations, as part of the works for the extension of Line 11 of the Madrid Metro.

What you'll do

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Quality Management Plan: Preparation and monitoring of the project's Quality Management Plan.
  • Inspection Plan: Preparation and monitoring of the project's Inspection Plan.

  • Waste Management: Controlling the correct segregation, storage, and removal of waste generated by the installation of systems (cabling, electrical panels, traction oils, etc.), managing the corresponding transfer documents.
  • Supervision of Tests and Trials: Participating in inspections, factory tests, and on-site trials of critical equipment, recording and validating the technical results.
  • Reports: Preparation of weekly and monthly Quality and Environment monitoring reports.

What we're looking for

To join our team, you need:

  • Experience: Minimum of two years in construction as a Quality Technician or environment technician, or holding the position of Quality or Environment Manager.
  • Academic background: Degree in Engineering, Technical Engineering, or Environmental Sciences.
  • Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) training: Basic OHS course (60 hours) or 2nd Cycle course (20 hours) for site managers and execution technicians.
  • Driving license: B1
  • Mobility: Residing in Madrid
