Fleet HW/SW integration: technical support in the installation and validation of new onboard solutions (computer vision, sensors, passenger counting, IoT), ensuring compatibility with the bus's electronics and mechanics.
Supplier management: technical liaison, definition of specifications, and supervision of SLAs with manufacturers and technology integrators.
