What you'll get

Permanent contract, full-time.
Salary conditions based on professional experience + annual bonus according to results of the company, the tendering department, and individual performance (equivalent to an additional paycheck, which will set the minimum bonus for the following year).
Possibility of remote work (1 day per contract, with flexibility depending on needs).
Work and schedule flexibility when necessary.
Job location: Boadilla del Monte.
Schedule. Winter: M to Th from 8:15-17:45h with a 45min lunch break. F from 8:00 to 14:00h. Summer (from approx. 15/07 to 15/08): from 8:00 to 15:00h.
Construction collective agreement.

The role

A top-tier Spanish company focused on the conservation and operation of public infrastructure seeks to hire a Tendering Technician at its Madrid offices, to focus primarily on the preparation of bids for roads, urban streets, road safety, public lighting, and green areas.

Previous experience in the preparation of technical and economic offers.

What you'll do

Preparation of technical and economic offers for public administrations, mainly for infrastructure conservation contracts (roads, lighting, urban developments, facilities, etc.).

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

Previous experience in the preparation of tenders focused on infrastructure.
Good proficiency in the Office suite, fundamentally Word and Excel, as well as Project.
Good writing skills and attention to detail.
Good knowledge of regulations related to infrastructure or the capacity to learn.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, Presto, and BIM is highly valued, but not essential.
Possibility of accessing the offices using your own vehicle.
