The role

At SICE, we are looking to hire an operator for the Toledo local police control room, with availability to work morning, afternoon, and night shifts.

What you'll do

Within the functions are:

Real-time supervision and monitoring of facilities and systems through control and remote management platforms.
Management and follow-up of incidents, coordinating the necessary actions for their resolution.
Reception, analysis, and registration of alarms, guaranteeing a rapid and effective response.
Preparation of reports and updating of operational records and service reports.
Coordination with maintenance and operation teams to ensure the correct functioning of the facilities.
