Do you have experience in electromechanical maintenance and are you motivated by a role that combines management and technical work? Would you like to lead a small team and keep "getting your hands on the machines" when necessary?
At ySondos we are looking for an Electromechanical Maintenance Manager to join directly one of our clients located in Gijón.
Organisation and supervision of the electromechanical maintenance of the facilities
Management of technical documentation and planning of preventive and corrective maintenance
Coordination of tasks with the person under your supervision
Hands-on involvement in repairs when necessary
Monitoring and improvement of maintenance processes
Control and knowledge of machinery: machining, cutting, welding equipment, etc.
Direct hire with a permanent contract
Open salary, tailored to your experience and expectations
Split shift from Monday to Thursday
Intensive shift on Fridays
Summer hours also in August
Environment with varied projects and diverse machinery (never dull)
Experience in electromechanical maintenance in an industrial environment
Knowledge of machinery in the metal sector (machining, cutting, welding...)
Organisational and leadership skills (even if the team is small 😉)
Resourceful, practical profile with initiative
Looking for stability and to contribute to a new project
