About the role

Do you have experience in electromechanical maintenance and are you motivated by a role that combines management and technical work? Would you like to lead a small team and keep "getting your hands on the machines" when necessary?

At ySondos we are looking for an Electromechanical Maintenance Manager to join directly one of our clients located in Gijón.

What you'll do

Organisation and supervision of the electromechanical maintenance of the facilities

Management of technical documentation and planning of preventive and corrective maintenance

Coordination of tasks with the person under your supervision

Hands-on involvement in repairs when necessary

Monitoring and improvement of maintenance processes

Control and knowledge of machinery: machining, cutting, welding equipment, etc.
