The role
H10 Hotels needs to incorporate a Storekeeper Assistant to work in our H10 The One Barcelona 5*GL hotel, in Barcelona.
What you'll do
The main duties will be:
- Reception, supervision, and storage of fresh products, ensuring product quality to achieve the quality level established by the chain. Reception, supervision, and storage of fresh products, ensuring product quality to achieve the quality level established by the chain.
- Complete the established records for fresh products, as well as perform quality control and weighing.
- Control price or quantity discrepancies against delivery notes and report them to the Storekeeper Manager.
- Control and plan stock, in coordination with other sections of the establishment.
- Organize, supervise, and perform the tasks specific to their area.
- Perform, without qualification, the cleaning tasks of utensils, machinery, and tableware of the restaurant and kitchen, as well as the kitchen premises, for which no training is required
- Removal of waste, recycling, weighing, and cleaning of bins and the waste room.
- Carry out cleaning tasks for machinery, stoves and other kitchen elements.
