We are looking for a Store Manager to join an exclusive 4-star hotel on the Costa del Sol, where excellence and attention to detail make the difference.

What you'll do

🔑 Main responsibilities

📦 Comprehensive management of the storeroom

Control and supervision of incoming and outgoing goods and storage

📊 Stock control and inventory management

Conducting regular inventories, monitoring consumption, and optimizing stock levels

🤝 Coordination with suppliers

Managing orders, receiving goods, and handling any issues with suppliers

🧾 Administrative supervision

Document control of delivery notes, invoices, and internal department records

🍽️ Operational support for hotel departments

Ensuring efficient supply to the kitchen, bars, and other operational areas

💰 Cost and waste control

Ensuring profitability through proper resource management and waste reduction

👥 Team leadership and organization
