The role
H10 Hotels needs to hire a person for the position of Night Receptionist at the H10 Casa de la Plata hotel, in Seville.
We are looking for a service-oriented person who is eager to learn and contribute to the development of the reception department's activities, seeking excellence in service and helping to achieve the department's goals.
What you'll do
The duties will be:
- To professionally, proactively, and responsibly handle the reception of guests and provide detailed information about all the services offered by the hotel and all related tasks.
- Perform the tasks specific to the night shift with care.
- To handle customer service tasks, provide accurate information, and process any service requests that guests may have.
- To receive, process, and direct customer complaints.
- Telephone assistance.
- Reservation management and sales closings.
- Billing, cash control, and cashier closing.
- To show a proactive and collaborative attitude towards guests, conveying empathy and a conciliatory character for conflict resolution.
- Provide continuous support to other colleagues during the accommodation sub-processes such as check-in, check-out, billing, and telephone assistance.
