Requirements

What we're looking for

Training: Courses in the area of customer service.
Previous experience: at least 1 year in a similar position or as a Public Relations officer.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Languages: German B1, Spanish C1, English C1.

The role

H10 Hotels is looking to hire a Public Relations professional to work at our hotel H10 Playa Meloneras Horizons Collection, in Gran Canaria.

What you'll do

The duties to be performed will be:

Responsibilities

Welcoming guests at the restaurant entrance during service hours.
Preparing welcome letters and vouchers for clients.
Reviewing and preparing the information board for events and sports activities.
Providing telephone and in-person customer service.
Selling and providing information about hotel services, excursions, and leisure activities.
Managing guest complaints and suggestions.
Reviewing VIP lists and assigning rooms.
Providing support to the Reception department when necessary.
Promoting customer loyalty by driving H10 Rewards.
