Successful experience in sales,
An appetite for sales and excellent interpersonal skills, notably total mastery of French (written/spoken)

Education & certifications

What you'll get

Job type: Full-time

Remuneration: Hello Watt is committed to its sales representatives in the long term, which is why we offer an evolving base salary and uncapped commission.

Gross salary starting from €1,424/month
Uncapped performance variable, based on the number of sales. Total remuneration (base + variable) can reach €3,300 gross/month for our top performers.
1 additional semi-annual bonus based on achieving objectives (Bonus can reach 500 euros at senior level and 1000 euros at expert level)

All over France, Hello Watt installs solar panels, batteries, heat pumps, and charging stations, managed by the Hello Watt app to maximize savings achieved.

As a sales advisor· in energy, you will be responsible for:

What you'll do

Contacting Hello Watt website users by telephone who want to change suppliers (calling interested customers - no prospecting)
Helping individuals reduce their energy bills by choosing the electricity and gas supplier best suited to their needs (price level and stability, customer service quality, green energy,...)
Accompanying them in subscribing to their electricity and gas contracts, but also home insurance, or internet boxes during moves)
Guiding them toward relevant energy-saving solutions for their home, such as the Hello Watt app to track consumption, or our heat pump or solar panel installation solutions.
Following up on customer files to ensure final validation of contracts.
