What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a cook or in a similar position.
- Demonstrated ability for the organization and management of a kitchen.
- Solid knowledge of culinary techniques and the preparation of different types of dishes.
- Knowledge and application of food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP).
- Responsible, organized person with initiative and the ability to work both autonomously and in a team.
- Residency in Lanzarote or surrounding areas

- Planning and execution of daily tasks to ensure the correct functioning of the service.
- Rigorous maintenance and cleaning of the facilities and kitchen utensils.
- Collaboration in the continuous improvement of processes and the gastronomic offering.
