Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Incorporation starting in January.
Stable position.
Full-time schedule from Monday to Thursday from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm and from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Fridays from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Salary to be negotiated according to value and experience provided.

The role

At IMAN Temporing, we are looking for a Property Manager to join the community management department of a management firm located in Manresa. This is a stable opportunity, with incorporation planned starting in January.

What you'll do

Manage homeowners' associations autonomously.
Coordinate and attend neighbors' meetings and assemblies.
Handle inquiries, manage claims, and resolve incidents.
Follow up on insurance claims and coordinate their resolution.
Manage the maintenance and conservation of buildings.
Coordinate with suppliers and external professionals.
Provide support in contract management and other real estate procedures.
