What are we looking for?🔎

• We are looking for an HR Generalist Trainee with a key focus on hiring to join the team of one of the company's most important Business Units.
• We need a proactive person, with energy, a strong desire to specialize and grow professionally in a high-impact area.
• You will be a key piece in securing the talent that will lead the new real estate era.

Responsibilities🎯

• Candidate search through different channels
• Screening and Evaluation of Profiles.
• Strategic Job Posting and ATS management.
• Conducting phone, in-person, or meet interviews.
• Schedule coordination between candidates and Team Leads/Area Managers.
• Administrative management of onboarding (contracts, system registrations, etc.).

• Busquem un HR Generalist Trainee amb un enfocament clau a hiring perquè s'incorpori a l'equip d'una de les Unitats de Negoci més importants de l'empresa.
• Necessitem una persona proactiva, amb energia, moltes ganes d´especialitzar-se i créixer professionalment en una àrea d´alt impacte.
• Seràs una peça clau per assegurar el talent que liderarà la nova era immobiliària.

Responsabilitats🎯

• Cerca de candidats a través de diferents canals
• Cribratge i Avaluació de Perfils.
• Publicació Estratègica d'Ofertes i gestió de (ATS).
• Realització d'entrevistes telefòniques, presencials o per meet.
• Coordinació d'agendes entre candidats i Team Leads/Àrea Managers.
• Gestió Administrativa de les incorporacions (contractes, altes en sistema, etc.).
