The main task is to help and support the HR team in the daily operations of both hotels, some of which are:
- Recruitment: You will collaborate in the recruitment and selection of new talent for both hotels. Posting job offers, telephone screening, and individual interviews.
- Training: You will provide support to the training area, being in charge of monitoring calls, training needs, and other related aspects.
- Personnel Administration: You will provide support in the onboarding of new talent: reviewing documentation, filing, and follow-up.
- Labor Relations: You will help process registrations, close collaboration agreements with schools, and process sick leave or workplace accident paperwork.
- Other administrative tasks related to the daily operations of the department.
