As a Management Control Specialist, your mission will be to generate value (both internally and externally) by ensuring that the business makes sound and effective corporate decisions. You will be responsible for the end-to-end process, from preparing proposals to ensuring the profitability of external client accounts.

Responsibilities/Functions:

  • Support for the MRO business and its development through sound financial and corporate decision-making, ensuring that all costs and financial aspects are considered.
  • Support for the business throughout the entire financial planning process: Business Plan, Financial Plan, and Forecasts (weekly, quarterly, and annual).
  • Reporting and control of financial performance for the corresponding Profit & Loss (P&L) statement.
  • Contribution and critical questioning in decision-making, from both a corporate and financial perspective.
  • Preparation of commercial proposals, ensuring that all associated costs are considered in order to set appropriate prices for clients.
  • Ensuring the profitability of client accounts through appropriate cost control and monitoring of each project, as well as strategic reviews.
  • Ensuring continuous and effective control of all CAPEX and OPEX projects, establishing responsibilities and clear ownership.
  • Development and monitoring of key financial performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Cross-functional support within the MRO Finance Business Partner department for all relevant activities necessary for business excellence.
