Requirements

What we're looking for

Solid experience of at least 8 years in Controlling or Management Control positions.

Experience managing P&L of relevant volume.

Experience leading teams.

Proficiency in SAP.

High level of English (C1).

Profile with business vision, analytical capacity, and results orientation.

Use of SAP in the tax area

Organized, rigorous profile with high attention to detail

Ability to work autonomously and adapt quickly to processes

The role

Would you like to lead the financial control of a unit with over €70M in turnover and nearly 700 employees?

We are looking for a Country Controller to take on a key role within the organization, leading the country's financial management and collaborating closely with the Finance Directorate, operational teams, and international finance functions.

What will your mission be?

You will be responsible for ensuring the company's financial performance in Spain, providing analysis, visibility, and strategic support for decision-making.

What you'll do

Main responsibilities

Comprehensive management of the country's P&L (€70M turnover).

Preparation of forecasts, budgets, monthly closings, and variance analysis.

Monitoring of standard costs and profitability.

Management of cash, accounts receivable (AR), and WIP.

Preparation of dashboards and reporting for Management.

Leadership of an international team composed of professionals in Spain and India.

Collaboration with local and international finance teams.

Ensuring the quality, reliability, and compliance of financial processes.
