Requirements

What we're looking for

Degree in engineering or Master's with an interest in the Quality assurance process.
Desirable 1 year of experience in Quality: preparation of IPAs (First Article Inspection Report), management of non-conformities, etc...
Any Experience / Internships / Dual training, ideally in the Quality or Manufacturing areas of industrial companies, will be equally valued.
Valuable knowledge: IPAs, PPAP, APQP, Interpretation of drawings and standards, Measurement and Inspection processes.
Valuable prior knowledge of aeronautical regulations: AS9100 / UNE-EN9100
Desirable software: SAP and Team Center, although they are not a requirement
Good level of spoken and written English (B2 or higher)
Personally, they must provide decision-making and problem-solving skills, Result orientation, and a very proactive attitude

The role

Would you like to work as a Quality Engineer on projects for the aeronautical sector?

This is a great opportunity: our aeronautical Quality team is growing, and we wish to bring in a team of Quality Engineers.

What you'll do

The selected person will join the IDDTEK team in Derio (Bizkaia) to perform the following functions:

Generation of supporting documentation for the PPAP process.
Analysis of aeronautical manufacturing drawings from a Quality perspective.
Preparation of IPAs (First Article Inspection Report) including dimensional analysis (FORM3)
Participation in supplier monitoring and auditing.
Analysis of deviations and management of non-conformities (RNCs).
Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and R&R exercises.
Management of returns to supplier companies.

And in general, a wide variety of support tasks for product Quality processes.
