What are we looking for? 🔎
We are looking to hire a Maintenance Engineer to join the team at our solids/semi-solids pharmaceutical plant in Azuqueca de Henares, on an internship contract.
The challenge!
- Supervise external and internal maintenance plans and monitor compliance levels.
- Advise, document, and help resolve incidents, problems, or needs identified by the Plant Manager or those responsible for production, QA, Quality Control, packaging, and safety to satisfy their needs in the shortest possible time.
- Manage the availability of critical spare parts for equipment and facilities to ensure their correct operation.
- Supervise and coordinate the Industrial and Urban Licensing regarding the status of the facilities and keep all legal requirements in this area up to date.
- Supervise the maintenance of production facilities and repairs, as well as the modification of machinery and facilities.
- Review and archive plant and external maintenance records.
- Supervise, archive, and update maintenance plans and SOPs to ensure they are up to date.
- Document activities carried out regarding incidents, change controls, CAPAs, etc.
- Management and recognition of BMS (Building Management System) alarms.
- Follow-up on training for maintenance technicians.
- Follow-up and supervision of plant corrective orders.
What do you need?
- Education: University degree in Industrial or Chemical Engineering. A master's degree will be positively valued.
- Must have obtained the undergraduate or master's degree no more than 3 years ago
- Must not have previously held an internship contract
- Languages: Fluent Spanish and English; knowledge of other languages will be valued.
- Experience (years/area): at least 1 year in similar activities within the industrial maintenance field is valued, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Dynamic profile with the ability to manage teamwork and work autonomously, and oriented towards results.
